If the items you want are not in MyShoppingHaven or not available in your local country, you may place your Custom-Order with us. Kindly email us the pictures and details of the items that you are looking for.

With the information, we will respond to you on whether we can assist you in locating the items and the prices, and so forth.

Please note that an initial deposit on the Custom-Order for specific item (depending on the item type) is required before MyShoppingHaven will locate the items for you in another country or location. We may charge for labour cost if the items that you are looking for are not commonly-available. For more enquiries, just feel free to email MyShoppingHaven.

In the event that MyShoppingHaven did not manage to find the items after you have transferred the initial deposit to us, we will refund the deposit (excluding labour cost and handling fee, if any) to you. In that case, you will have to furnish us with your bank account no. and account type.

Nonetheless, MyShoppingHaven will try our best to locate your items as we aim to be “your personalized shopper” and make your wishes come true﹗
