By sending us your order, you accept and understand our Terms & Conditions. STEP #1 --> 1st Email from you ﹕ Send your e-order to myshoppinghaven@yahoo.com with the following details: a. Your Full Name / Name of Addressee b. Contact Number c. Valid Email Address d. Valid Mailing Address e. Item Name & Code + Quantity + Color (if any) f. Type of Postage (Normal / Registered) - Cost of postage will be added to the Total cost of your order For International Customers: (Registered Airmail / Surface Mail) - Cost of postage will be added to the Total cost of your order - Click here for details on "Shipping- Local/Overseas" g. POSB Bank Fund Transfer (Yes/No) - If you do not have a POSB bank account, please state your selected bank account. - Please note that transaction fees/charges incurred with usage of Paypal are to be borne by customers. - Alternatively, if you have any of our local bank accounts, please state the selected bank account. STEP #2 --> ACKNOWLEDGEMENT EMAIL from MyShoppingHaven ﹕ a. We will acknowledge your order (within 24 hours; unless we are out of town). If item(s) ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to you for further action. b. We will provide you with the Total Amount Payable (including postage charges) and the Bank Account No. for Fund Transfer, in order to complete your payment. For International Customers: We will send you this Acknowledgement email and follow-up with a Paypal Invoice (with Total Amount including all transaction fees). c. Payments have to be made within 3 days from the Date of this Acknowledgment Email. Your order will only be processed after receiving your payment. No Payment = No Order. NB: MyShoppingHaven reserves the right to Blacklist Ghost or Missing-In-Action (MIA) or inconsiderate customers or those who do not respond or send multiple insincere enquiries, as well as the right Not to Serve this group of customers (at our sole discretion) in future. STEP #3 --> PAYMENT & 2nd Email from you ﹕ After making your payment to our specific Bank Account No., please provide us with the following information that will help in expediting the processing time for your order: a. Date & Time of Your POSB Fund Transfer b. Your Transaction Reference Id c. Amount Transferred d. Your Name/Name of Payer (if payment via Internet-Banking) For International Customers: Kindly send an email to inform us of your Paypal payment. STEP #4--> CONFIRMATION EMAIL from MyShoppingHaven ﹕ After receipt of your payment details, we will verify and confirm your order. If the item(s) ordered is(are) in-store and readily-stocked, we will arrange the Local / Overseas Shipping for you as soon (i.e the Next Working/Business Day) after this confirmation email has been sent to you.
