These terms and conditions ("T&C") applies to all orders which you, the customer ("you" or "your"), place using this website "www.myshoppinghaven.blogspot.com" ("website"), operated by us, MyShoppingHaven ("we" "us" or "our"). All orders and purchases made through our website are subject to T&C outlined below. These T&C may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion. Please make sure you have read our T&C. 1. All items on MyShoppingHaven are Genuine, Brand-New, and in 100% good condition (unless otherwise stated). 2. All prices on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 3. All prices are exclusive of postage/shipping fee, unless otherwise stated. 4. All orders are based on First-Come-First-Serve basis and on While-Stocks-Last basis. 5. It is important to make your payment on time. 6. You have to read through our other notices on "How to Place Order?", "How to Participate in Pre-Order Activity?", "Mode of Payment - Local/Overseas", "Shipping/Delivery - Local/Overseas". 7. Pre-Order Activities will be held on our website. Should you be one of our mailing list subscribers, you will be notified. 8. You may join our mailing list from our website to stay informed of any ongoing Pre-Order Activities. 9. We reserve the right to end any Special Offers/Promotions WITHOUT Prior Notice. 10. We may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on our website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. 11. Item prices may vary according to different batches of shipment. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on our website from time to time. 12. The Usual Price (U.P) of items may be stated under our current price. This U.P may be an indication of the highest price for that particular item, based on all batches of shipment to that point of time. We reserve the right to update U.P displayed on our website from time to time. 13. Although we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of item(s) you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item(s) as cancelled. 14. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. 15. Stock availability is subjected to changes from time to time, in accordance to all incoming orders. 16. Checking of stock availability only allows you to know if the enquired item(s) is/are still in store at that moment of time. This does not guarantee that the item(s) will still be available by the time you send in your order. 17. Your order is subjected to stock availability. 18. Please ensure that you have filled up all required details before emailing us your order. Incomplete order form will not be processed or offered any further action. When you place your order, we collect certain personal and transactional information e.g. name, contact number, address, email address, payment details ("Personal Information") for records purpose. 20. Your Privacy is important to us. These Personal Information. is treated confidentially by us and is not given to any third parties who are not part of the ordering, delivery and payment procedures. We will only use these information for appropriate purposes: for respond to your enquiries, handle orders, deliver items and process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers, update our records. 21. Please ensure the Personal Information that you provide us in your order are correct and inform us immediately of any changes to those details (e.g. change of contact number, email or postal address). 22. If for any reason any item(s) you ordered is(are) no longer available, we will contact you using the Personal Information provided by you for your further action within a stipulated timeframe. And either offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality/color and price if this is possible; or offer you to place a Reservation-Order / Specific Pre-Order; or to cancel the item(s) from your order; or to place you on waiting list. 23. If any item(s) from Reservation-Order / Specific Pre-Order is(are) not available, we will contact you using the Personal Information. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you for any further action within a stipulated timeframe, we will process any remaining item(s) on your Reservation-Order / Specific Pre-Order; and will refund the amount in respect of the item(s) that we were unable to supply. 24. Ownership of item(s) does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full within 3 days from the Date of our Acknowledgement email or which earlier, as stated in this email. Once payment is made, item(s) is(are) considered as sold and you have the ownership of item(s) purchased. 25. We will only hold your ordered item(s) from the date of our Acknowledgement Email to the Payment Due Date as stated. 26. You are responsible to provide us with your payment details for verification purpose. 7. If we do not receive your payment and details within 3 days (by 2359hrs, GMT+08:00) or whichever earlier (as stated in Acknowledgement email), your order transaction shall be considered as 'Incomplete and Priority Given Up'. 28. With Incomplete transaction and based on our First-Come-First-Serve and While-Stocks-Last basis, your priority of having the item(s) will be automatically transferred to the next similar order (if any) in queue. 29. Should you be unable to make your payment on time, you are required to take the initiative to email us for our attention, before the payment date is due. 30. We may follow-up to extend your payment due date based on Case-by-Case basis. You are advised to maintain a positive, credible, and good record with us. 31. After receipt of your payment details, your order transaction shall be considered as 'Completed and Purchased'. We will send a Confirmation Email to you thereafter. 32. Your purchased item(s) will be shipped out the Next Working/Business Day, between Monday to Friday. 33. NO cancellation of order / NO refund of money / NO exchange are allowed after payment made. 34. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to unavailability of item(s). 35. All items are checked for defects before delivery. 36. We will take utmost care to wrap and pack your item(s) in proper protective plastic wrappers / bubble wraps (if necessary) to ensure that your item(s) will reach you in the best possible conditions. 37. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to despatch the item(s) as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated (e.g the next business day). However, we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery by your local postal service provider, which are beyond our control. 38. You are to be responsible in ensuring that the mailing address provided to us is error-free. 39. We do not have the practice of stating a return mailing address to you, especially if you are situated locally (i.e in Singapore). But we will give assurance that the mailing address labelled on parcel is the same and 100% correct as your Personal Information and of what you have specified. 40. Delivery occurs when your parcel is being delivered to the delivery address, as of your Personal Information, by our local postal service provider, SingPost . At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. We will NOT be responsible for ALL missing mails and damages caused during delivery. NO refund / replacement if any missing mail occurs. 41. Should you choose Registered Mail (Local/Overseas) for your purchase, we will furnish you with the Registered Article (RA) No. issued by SingPost after your parcel is shipped out. You are responsible to check the status of your Registered Mail from SingPost RA Information Status here; or to make any request for transfer or redelivery of your Registered Mail. 42. Out of goodwill, we will do our best to research and provide you with as much information as possible for every product listed on our website. 43. As we are merely an online seller who brings in a wide range of products at reasonable price for your benefits and are not a professionally-trained beauty/fashion consultant, so we are only able to answer all your queries with our best knowledge and ability. 44. You are to be fully responsible for researching and understanding the product(s) that you are interested in before placing your order with us. 45. We will not be liable for any discomfort or irritation, etc that occurs from usage of the product(s) purchased from our website. 46. Due to some server problems, we may not receive your order/email or our reply/email may not be reached your e-mailbox at times. Thus, if you do not hear from us 24 hours after your email was sent to us, please email us again. 47. You have to ensure that our email address myshoppinghaven@yahoo.com is added to your safe list or address book, in order to guarantee receipt of our emails and not diverted to your junk/spam or trash folders. 48.
