How to Order

How to Participate in Contact Lens Pre-Ordering?

Please read to our Terms & Conditions before placing your order.

By sending us your order, you have accepted and understood our Terms & Conditions.

STEP #1 --> 1st Email from you ﹕

Send your Pre-Order to myshoppinghaven@yahoo.com with the following details:

a. Your Full Name / Name of Addressee

b. Contact Number

c. Valid Email Address

d. Valid Mailing Address

e. Type of Postage (Normal / Registered)

- Cost of postage will be computed together in 1 payment
For International Customers: (Registered Airmail / Surface Mail)
- Cost of postage will be computed together in 1 payment

f. POSB Bank Fund Transfer (Yes/No)

- If you do not have a POSB bank account, please state your selected bank account.
For International Customers: Payment via Paypal only
- Please note that transaction fees/charges incurred with usage of Paypal are to be borne by customers.
- Alternatively, if you have any of our local bank accounts, please state the selected bank account.

STEP #2 --> ACKNOWLEDGEMENT EMAIL from MyShoppingHaven ﹕

a. We will acknowledge your orders (within 24 hours; unless we are out of town).

If there is any issue on your pre-order, an email will be sent to you for further action.

b. Once your pre-order is received, we will provide you with the Total Amount Payable and the Bank Account No. for Fund Transfer, in order to complete your payment.

For International Customers: We will send you a Paypal Invoice (with Total Amount including all transaction fees), and follow-up with this Acknowledgement email too.

c. Payments have to be made within 3 days from the Date of this Acknowledgment Email or before the closure of Pre-Order Activity, whichever earlier. Your pre-order will only be confirmed after receipt of your payment. No Payment = No Order.

NB: MyShoppingHaven reserves the right to Blacklist those Ghost or Missing-In-Action (MIA) customers or those who do not respond, as well as the right No to Serve this group of customers in future.

STEP #3 --> 1st PAYMENT & 2nd Email from you ﹕

After making your 1st payment to our specific Bank Account No., please provide us with the following information that will help in confirming of your pre-orders:

a. Date & Time of Your Bank Fund Transfer

b. Your Transaction Reference Id

c. Amount Transferred

d. Your Name/Name of Payer (if payment via Internet-Banking)

For International Customers: Kindly send an email to inform us of your Paypal payment.

STEP #4--> CONFIRMATION EMAIL from MyShoppingHaven ﹕

After receipt of your payment details, we will verify and confirm your pre-order.

Please note that we will only consolidate and process the whole list of orders placed by all participating customers after the closure of each Pre-Order Activity or when Quantity Required is reached.

The shipment for Pre-Order Activity - Contact Lenses is estimated to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks' time after closing date of the activity, unless otherwise stated. We will keep each and every participant posted when the Pre-Order Activity - Contact Lenses closes.

STEP #5 --> ARRIVAL OF SHIPMENT from MyShoppingHaven ﹕

We will notify you and arrange necessary Local / International shipping.

We will arrange the Local / Overseas Shipping for you as soon (i.e the Next Working/Business Day) after this Arrival of Shipment email has been sent to you.

Should any item be unavailable, we will do refund to you accordingly.
