We will acknowledge your orders (within 24 hours; unless we are out of town). If there is any issue on your pre-order, an email will be sent to you for further action. b. Once your list of orders is approved, we will provide you with the Total Amount Payable (1st Payment) and the Bank Account No. for Fund Transfer, in order to complete your payment. For International Customers: We will send you a Paypal Invoice (with Total Amount including all transaction fees), and follow-up with this Acknowledgement email too. c. Payments have to be made within 3 days from the Date of this Acknowledgment Email or before the closure of Pre-Order Activity, whichever earlier. Your pre-order will only be confirmed after receipt of your payment. No Payment = No Order. NB: MyShoppingHaven reserves the right to Blacklist those Ghost or Missing-In-Action (MIA) customers or those who do not respond, as well as the right No to Serve this group of customers in future. STEP #3 --> 1st PAYMENT & 2nd Email from you ﹕ After making your 1st payment to our specific Bank Account No., please provide us with the following information that will help in confirming of your pre-orders: a. Date & Time of Your Bank Fund Transfer b. Your Transaction Reference Id c. Amount Transferred d. Your Name/Name of Payer (if payment via Internet-Banking) For International Customers: Kindly send an email to inform us of your Paypal payment. STEP #4--> CONFIRMATION EMAIL from MyShoppingHaven ﹕ After receipt of your 1st payment details, we will verify and confirm your pre-order. Please note that we will only consolidate and process the whole list of orders placed by all participating customers after the closure of each Pre-Order Activity. The shipment for Pre-Order Activity is estimated to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks' time after closing date of the activity, unless otherwise stated. We will inform you on 2nd payment after arrival of the item(s) that you have pre-ordered. Should the shipment arrives earlier, we will notify and advise you on 2nd payment. STEP #5 --> ARRIVAL OF SHIPMENT from MyShoppingHaven ﹕ a. We provide you with the Postage Fee (2nd Payment) and the Bank Account No. for Fund Transfer, in order to complete your final payment. For International Customers: We will send you a Paypal Invoice (with Total Shipping Fee including all transaction fees), and follow-up with this email too. b. Payments have to be made within 3 days from the Date of this email. c. Your pre-ordered item(s) will only be shipped out after receiving your payment. No Payment = No Shipping. STEP #6--> 2nd PAYMENT DETAILS from you ﹕ After making your 2nd payment to our specific Bank Account No., please provide us with the following information that will help in verifying your payment: a. STEP #7 --> CONFIRMATION EMAIL (Shipping) from MyShoppingHaven ﹕ After receipt of your 2nd payment details, we will verify and confirm your shipping fee. We will arrange the Local / Overseas Shipping for you as soon (i.e the Next Working/Business Day) after this final confirmation email has been sent to you. !!
