A group of MyShoppingHaven frequent shoppers have requested for custom-ordering aka custom-purchases from Hong Kong (as a bulk of the items they required are mainly from Hong Kong). And we thought why not just extend this round of Pre-Order Activity (on Custom Purchases) to everyone ???

So there are ONLY 2 to 3 days to book a slot for CUSTOM-ORDERING of items from HONG KONG!!!

(2) MyShoppingHaven reserves the right to reject or accept some orders, at our sole discretion.

(3) All items are subjected to stock availability in Hong Kong.

(4) All prices will be based on Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are as of retail prices in Hong Kong for this Pre-Order Activity #101. If official brands have a price list on their websites, you may use the prices listed there as retail prices in HKD.

How to take part in this Pre-Order Acitivity #101 ??

"BOOK A SLOT" for Pre-Order Activity #101:

1st step - To BOOK A SLOT:

--> Simply make your deposit of S$20.00 for each slot to our POSB Savings Account xxx-xxxxx-x before closure of this activity. (1 slot = 1 custom-order for 1 item).

--> Send us an email with Subject Title "Deposit Made - Pre-Order Activity #101" and give us as much exact details (i.e. product name, retail price, size, etc) and images of the items that you want as possible in the email.

---> We will verify your payment and provide you with an Acknowledgement Email.

2nd step - CUSTOM-PURCHASE BEGINS:

--> With deposit received and the item details that you have emailed to us, custom-purchase search will begin.

--> You will know if your item is available in 3 days' time.

3rd step - Status of Custom-Purchase:

--> If custom-ordered item is AVAILABLE, you are required to proceed to make 2nd payment within 3 days' from the date of our Notification Email; otherwise, deposit made will be forfeited. Item Price will be based on Retail Price in Hong Kong.

--> If custom-ordered item is unavailable, the FULL DEPOSIT made will be REFUNDED to you for this Pre-Order Activity #101.
